- 300 grams of risotto rice

- 1100 ml of chicken stock, made from stock cube

- 130 grams of sun-dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 65 grams of pine nuts, toasted
- Handful of fresh basil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Preparation:
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice and cook for 2 minutes until the grains are translucent.
