Delicious Goat's Cheese Potato Pie Recipe

To make this dish, you'll need the following ingredients:
- 200 grams of matured goat cheese
- 1 kg of firm-boiling potatoes
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 cup of crème fraiche (125 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 zucchini
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh thyme
- A pinch of salt to taste
To begin, preheat your oven to 200 degrees C and grease a 200mm diameter spring-form baking tin with butter. Then, line the tin with baking paper.
Next, grate the matured goat's cheese and wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes until they are al dente. Drain the potatoes and wash and cut the zucchini into slices.
Melt the butter and mix it through the crème fraiche and honey. Beat the eggs and mix them with the crème fraiche mixture, 3/4 of the grated cheese, and the thyme.
Layer the spring-form vertically with the potato slices and zucchini. Divide the cheese mixture over it and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake the potato pie in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
