Our journey began with a shared vision between my wife Jade and I. In 2018, we moved from The Netherlands to Cheltenham to continue growing the business we had spent years carefully building. Jade is originally from the UK, while I was raised in The Netherlands, where cheese is deeply rooted in tradition, quality, and everyday life. Bringing those authentic Dutch flavours and generations of cheesemaking heritage to the UK quickly became our mission.

Over the past seven years, we have earned a reputation for sourcing and delivering premium hand cut cheeses with exceptional flavour, character, and quality. What started through local markets, food festivals, and Christmas events has evolved into a trusted destination for cheese lovers seeking something truly special.

 

Today, we are proud to welcome customers to our permanent shop at The Valley, Evesham, WR11 4DS. This beautiful location represents an exciting new chapter for our family business. It allows us to offer a carefully curated experience where customers can discover artisan cheeses, explore rich flavours, and enjoy personalised service from a team genuinely passionate about what we do.
