Wookey Hole Farmhouse Cheddar is cave-aged and matured in the Wookey Hole Caves in Somerset, England. The cheese is crafted at their Dorset Cheese Farm using pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet, then wrapped in cloth and taken to the heart of the caves, where it is slowly matured at a constant temperature for up to six months.

This award-winning, authentic handmade cheese is protected by the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), meaning it can only be made in the counties of Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall. The result is a crumbly texture with earthy undertones and a distinctly nutty, tangy flavour that makes it a standout choice for cheese lovers.
