Stroopwafel - Caramel Waffles

A Stroopwafel is a traditional Dutch wafer cookie made from two thin layers of baked dough joined by a caramel filling. First made in the Dutch city of Gouda, Stroopwafel’s are very popular in the Netherlands and throughout the world.
