Stilton ( Clawson )

Our Award Winning Blue Stilton® is handcrafted using traditional methods
controlled by the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), an EU designation
in addition to the Certification Trademark (CTM) overseen by the Stilton
Cheesemakers Association (SCMA). Both state Stilton® can only be made in,
with milk from, the counties of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Each Stilton® is individually hand selected and graded before leaving the dairy
ensuring we deliver the rich flavour and creamy texture Long Clawson’s Blue Stilton® is renowned for.

Traditionally, this cheese has been paired with sherry and port wine. It is also a good choice to go with walnuts, crackers, biscuits and bread.
