SPARKLING SAUVIGNON BLANC Our Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling Wine consists of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes which were hand-harvested in the early morning at 22.5-23.5°B. At the cellar the grapes are de-stemmed into 15 ton separators and the free run juice is separated from the skins, left overnight to settle and then racked to the fermentation tank. Here it is inoculated with a selected yeast strain and fermented at 15°C, which takes between 14 and 23 days. Our return policy - What if I need to return a product?

What if I need to return a product? If your items are faulty, we are more than happy to replace your product free of charge. Replacements are only accepted if the products are faulty, which is why we would require a picture of the unopened package within 48 hours of the receipt. Every time we sell, we carefully inspect before it is shipped to you.

What do I do if my products are damaged?

Please send us an email to info@dutchcheeseman.co.uk with a photograph attached, and we will ensure that your problems are dealt with accordingly

Why are my cheeses not the same weight as ordered?

As we cut all our cheeses by hand their can be a 10% margin between the weight ordered for every individual cheese, but the total weight of all the cheeses will be the amount ordered or above the total weight.

How we make sure you receive our 100% freshness and quality assurance… The order cut-off moment is every Wednesday at 10.00 AM. DHL aims to deliver your package the next day.

To qualify for free shipping the minimum spend is £45. (We only ship to mainland UK.)

Unfortunately we cannot withhold your orders, once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched on our weekly shipping round.
